The car had been sitting for months in my grandmothers driveway and I had lost the keys. He was so nice and even went out of his way to use jumper cables to jump the car just so my key could be programmed. He did everything without me being there, which was a lifesaver because it helped me from taking a day off work which wasn't possible just to facilitate this car situation. He left the key for me in the glove compartment.
